Marcel van Wiggen

I’m Marcel van Wiggen, born in 1971, married, and father of Luke and Nick. My motto is: "Always unlock your full potential". I’m passionate about what drives people—what inspires them, motivates them, and holds them back.

My background spans a degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, an MBA from INSEAD, an NLP Master certification, training as a Strategic Interventionist, and multiple programs in leadership, psychology, and personal effectiveness.

With 25 years of management experience, I’ve led everything from small expert teams to a business unit of over 900 employees. Since 2010, I’ve advised, coached, and trained thousands of leaders and professionals across hundreds of organizations, helping them achieve better results with less effort.

I’ve authored four bestsellers on leadership, collaboration, personal effectiveness, and culture development. Every day, I bring energy and focus to driving real change. My core belief? People have far more potential than they think—it just needs the right spark.
