Gerard Vriens

I’m Gerard Vriens, born in 1967, happily married, and father of Peder and Veerle. My motto: Make the most of every situation. I’m a strong listener and have a talent for helping people rediscover their strengths—always in my own unique way.

With an HBO+ educational background, I originally started in process technology, later expanding into logistics and HR. Over time, I shifted my focus from the technical side to the human side of business, specializing in behavioral dynamics and group processes. To deepen my expertise, I’ve completed advanced training in NLP Practitioner, Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focused Coaching, and Systemic Work.

With years of experience leading (project) teams, I’ve spent the past decade working as a behavioral specialist, consultant, and account manager, helping organizations and individuals tap into their full potential and create meaningful, lasting change.
